Step 1. The Inventory

We make a complete survey of the contents, fixtures, fittings and condition of your properties.

You receive an accurate, detailed jargon-free report within 3 working days, illustrated with full colour digital photographs.

All reports are sent electronically via PDF to our clients.

Step 2. The Check In

Our clerks will be onsite at the start of the tenacy to agree and sign off all details within the inventory report.

We take utility readings in agreement with the tenant and hand over keys.

Step 3. The Check out

The check-ut is usually conducted on the final day of the tenancy when the outgoing tenant has vacated the property completely and all cleaning has been finished.

It is expected that the property will be in a similar condition as noted in the original inventory, particularly with regard to cleanliness and material items.

We give you an impartial assessment of any relevant changes to the condition of the property and its contents. We do not apportion costs to any issues that arise but we do supply all the information needed to assist in the deposit return process.
